Photography
The highest quality still images, using advanced equipment and techniques to create editorial grade imagery.
Virtual Tour
I am an official Matterport Service Provider for Warwickshire and London, unlike some other companies offering Matterport, I don't just use their platform, but also their highest quality camera.
Videography
High production value video showreels or tours using 4K ProRes video shot using stabilisers, motion control systems, car rigs and drones. Option of music, animated logos, motion tracked effects, agent VoiceOver and more.
Virtual Staging
Empty or new build property? No problem, I can virtually stage properties with highly realistic furniture.
Drone
I am a fully licensed and insured drone operator with the CAA. Working within the 'specific' category with Operational Authorisation or with a GVA, ability to fly heavier drones in built up areas for higher quality images and video that stand out from the crowd.
Floorplans
Super accurate black and white schematic floorpans in the format you are used to.
What makes me different?
I strive to keep my work on the cutting edge, using the latest technology and methods available. Currently this means I shoot all property work using full frame cameras, tilt shift lenses, flash lighting and calibration targets for colour accuracy.

Although my methodology is more labour intensive, it results in media that looks as good in magazines as it does on Rightmove.
