My photographic journey started as a child, my granny was a keen amateur photographer. I fondly remember a family trip to the beach, Granny put her camera in my hands, showed me the basics of how to take a photo and told me to take a photo of Emily my sister and Granny together.

That was my first experience with a proper camera, at age 8, at the time it was the heaviest and most complicated object I had ever held.

My Love of photography was born and only a few years later I bought my first 'proper' camera, a Canon 400D.

From the age of 10 to 13 I carried it everywhere, photographing anything and everything, the photos, which I still have, were.......bad.

But I slowly learnt and improved and at age 15 I was accepted into Stratford Upon Avon college on their Photography Course.
